- What minimum order quantity do you take?
- There is no hard minimum, but pricing reflects setup time. Most corporate clients order in batches of 25 to 500. We're happy to quote one-off prototypes alongside the production run.
- Can you work from our existing brand assets?
- Yes. Send vector logos (SVG, AI, PDF) where possible. We'll proof every job and confirm placement, scale, and finish before any material is marked.
- What lead times should we expect?
- Standard production runs are 7 to 14 working days from artwork approval. Rush turnarounds are quoted on request — we keep capacity reserved for time-sensitive corporate work.
- Do you supply the products or do we?
- Either. We hold trade accounts with established suppliers of awards blanks, drinkware, leather goods, and timber. You're also welcome to ship in client-supplied stock.
- Can you store branded stock for re-orders?
- Yes — for repeat clients we'll hold an agreed buffer of branded inventory in the studio and dispatch on call-off.
