- Do you sell xTool machines?
- We're an xTool partner studio. We don't hold stock or process payment for machines ourselves, but after a consultation or demo we can place the order with xTool on your behalf. xTool emails you directly with the order summary and payment request, so you still purchase from xTool directly while skipping the self-service cart and search process.
- Is this an xTool warranty or repair service?
- No. For warranty, returns or hardware repair you'll deal with xTool directly. We provide practical buying advice, on-site commissioning, operator training and materials testing from a working production studio.
- Do I need to own an xTool to book a session?
- No. Buying consultations are designed for people who haven't bought yet. Training and materials testing can run on our studio machines, so you don't need your own hardware to get started.
