Northern Ireland

xTool advice, commissioning and training for Northern Ireland.

Boyne Valley Laser Studio is Ireland's first xTool Pro Hub, and that covers the whole island. We help Northern Ireland workshops choose the right machine, buy it at a better price than going direct, and get it commissioned and running properly — with commissioning and training delivered at your premises.

Studio in Dunshaughlin, County Meath — demonstrations by appointment

Pro Hub support

What we do for Northern Ireland buyers.

The same support Irish customers get, with travel for the parts that belong at your workshop.

Machine selection advice

Tell us what you make, the materials and the volumes. We run these machines in daily production and will tell you honestly which one fits — and which does not.

Partner pricing

Talk to us before you order. As with buyers in the Republic, we can offer a better price than buying directly from xTool — and we will confirm the right ordering route for a Northern Ireland address.

Commissioning on site

Setup, calibration and workflow configuration at your premises anywhere in the six counties, so the machine is producing properly from the start.

Operator training

Hands-on training on the jobs you actually intend to run — software, focusing, materials and routine maintenance.

After-sales troubleshooting

Practical help when something is not behaving. This is a paid support service, not a warranty, but it means talking to someone on the island who uses the same machines.

How it works

What travels north, and what stays in the studio.

Being straight about this up front saves anyone a wasted journey up or down the M1.

FAQ

Northern Ireland questions we get asked.

Do you cover Northern Ireland?+

Yes. As Ireland's first xTool Pro Hub we advise and support buyers across the whole island, including Belfast, Derry~Londonderry, Lisburn, Newry, Armagh, Enniskillen and the rest of the six counties.

Where do xTool demonstrations take place?+

In our studio in Dunshaughlin, Co. Meath, where every machine is installed and running. It sits just off the M3, and the M1 brings most Newry and Belfast visitors down in roughly one and a half to two hours. Demonstrations are by appointment.

Will you come to our premises in Northern Ireland?+

For commissioning, installation and operator training, yes — we can travel to your workshop. Demonstrations and materials testing stay in the studio, because that is where the full line-up is set up.

Can I get partner pricing if I'm based in Northern Ireland?+

Yes. Partner pricing applies as standard — Northern Ireland buyers get the same better price than buying directly from xTool. Get in touch before you order and we will confirm the best ordering route for your address, so there are no surprises on delivery or VAT.

Can I test my own material before buying?+

A relevant item may be used during a demo where practical. Involved testing, settings development or documented results are handled through our separate paid materials-testing service — you can courier workpieces to the studio.
