Materials testing
Send us your real workpieces and we will test them on the right machine before you commit, with honest notes on settings and limits. This is a separate paid service, booked in advance — not part of a demonstration.
After-sales troubleshooting
Local, practical support when something is not behaving. This is a paid support service — not a warranty — but it means an Irish phone call rather than a support ticket queue.

Demonstrations take place at the studio in Dunshaughlin by appointment, so you can watch the exact machine you are considering run real material. If you have a particular material or item in mind, bring it along. Where practical, we can use it during the demonstration; more involved testing, settings development or documented results are handled through our separate paid materials-testing service.
Demonstrations and materials testing are studio-based. Commissioning, installation and training can take place at your premises, and our portable F2 travels for live engraving events.
