Where can I see xTool machines running in Ireland?+
At the Boyne Valley Laser Studio in Dunshaughlin, Co. Meath — Ireland's first xTool Pro Hub. The full studio line-up, including the F2, F2 Ultra Dual, F2 Ultra UV, P3 and the O1 Omni Dual UV printer, is available for in-person demonstrations by appointment.
Do you come to me for a demonstration?+
Demonstrations and materials testing take place at our Dunshaughlin studio, where the full machine line-up is installed. Commissioning, installation and training can take place at your premises, and our portable F2 travels for live engraving events.
Can I bring my own materials to a demo?+
Yes, and we would encourage it. Bring the parts, products or packaging you intend to sell and we will test them on the machine you are considering, with honest notes on what marked well and what did not.
How far is the studio from Dublin?+
Dunshaughlin sits just off the M3 in Co. Meath, a short drive north of the M50, so most Dublin visitors reach the studio comfortably within an hour. Demonstrations are by appointment only.

What happens after my xTool arrives?+

Yes. Commissioning and installation — unboxing, setup, calibration and workflow configuration — can take place at our studio or at your premises, so the machine earns from day one.

Is after-sales support free?+

Can you test a material before I commit to a machine?+
Yes. Send or bring your real workpieces and we will test them on the right machine and report back honestly, including where a material is a poor fit. Coated, plated or unfamiliar materials always need testing before production.

Do you take on production work as well as machine sales?+
Yes — production is the day job. We produce engraving, marking and cutting work commercially for Irish businesses, which is precisely why the buying advice is grounded in real jobs rather than spec sheets.
Do you work with businesses outside Co. Meath?+
Yes. Production work is shipped anywhere in Ireland, and live engraving events, commissioning and training travel by arrangement. Demonstrations and materials testing remain studio-based in Dunshaughlin.
