Product selection, artwork and sample approval are part of planning your event.
Studio samples demonstrate engraving quality and finish; they are not presented as completed corporate event commissions. We can discuss suitable samples for your proposed products when preparing your quotation.
The featured products are based on genuine BVLS work. Selected photographic settings have been digitally restyled for presentation. These images do not depict a previous live engraving event. Suitability for your event is confirmed through testing and sample approval.

Compatibility depends on the material, coating, shape and finish. Cosmetic brush handles, coated or plated items and unfamiliar stock require testing before approval. Not every product is suitable for laser engraving or live event handling.

Bespoke Brand Activation

Guest-facing hours are separate from preparation, setup and pack-down time. All prices exclude VAT.
Merchandise, extensive testing, bespoke fixtures, additional operators, additional hours and travel outside 60 km by road of Dunshaughlin are quoted separately.
There is no fixed guarantee of completed items. Capacity depends on tested products and the agreed workflow.
Branded Merchandise
Company branding prepared in advance. Individual names personalised on-site.
We can source suitable products or assess stock you already have. Logos and other company branding can be applied before the event, leaving the guest-facing station focused on individual names.
Where appropriate, selected products can be branded using full-colour UV printing. This is a separate printing process, not laser engraving, and suitability is confirmed through product testing. Merchandise and pre-event production are quoted separately.

Booking confirmation
Accept the quotation in writing and pay the invoiced booking payment. Your date is secured only when we confirm in writing.

Sample approval
We test the agreed products and approve the artwork, name layout and finish with you.

Preparation
Products, branding, venue access and the station presentation are prepared before the day.

Event delivery
We set up, operate the agreed guest-facing personalisation service and pack down afterwards.

- Reliable power access near the engraving station
- Suitable extraction and ventilation, agreed with the venue for the approved materials
- Practical loading access and time for setup and pack-down
- Pre-approved products, artwork, name layouts and text limits
- No untested guest or customer items unless agreed in advance
