Studio capabilities

Four xTool lasers, one studio, every substrate that matters.

We run a fibre galvo, a UV galvo, a 55W CO₂ gantry, and an 80W large-format CO₂, all under one roof in Dunshaughlin. That means the right tool for your job lives in the same room as the practitioner who runs it.

Why four machines

The right source for the substrate.

Fibre, UV, and CO₂ each solve problems the others can't. Owning all three means we don't compromise material choice to suit the kit.

Fibre (MOPA)

Deep, fast marking on metals: stainless, brass, anodised aluminium, titanium, plus colour marking via pulse-tuning.

UV (cold process)

Marks plastics, glass, leather, and heat-sensitive substrates without scorching, warping, or damaging plating.

CO₂ (gantry)

Cuts and engraves wood, acrylic, leather, paper, and textiles, from intricate signage to large-format architectural panels.

The same studio kit travels for live laser engraving at events — corporate days, retail pop-ups, weddings and brand activations across Leinster.
