Who runs the training?

Training is delivered by the founder in our studio, based on day-to-day practical machine use.

Both. Getting Started and Private Operator / Full Training are one-to-one. Group and team sessions come under Specialist / Advanced Services and are quoted individually.

Do I need to own an xTool already?

No — we can train you on our studio machine before you buy. If you already own one, bring it along or we'll travel to you by arrangement.

Where does training take place?

Our Dunshaughlin studio in Co. Meath by default. On-site training across Ireland is available for teams and production environments.

How long is a session?

Free xTool Demonstrations run 45–60 minutes, by appointment. Getting Started is a 90-minute one-to-one session. Private Operator / Full Training is a half-day private session. Specialist / Advanced Services are scheduled as agreed.

Free xTool Demonstrations are free and cover basic sample demonstrations before you buy, not comprehensive materials testing. Getting Started: €150 including VAT. Private Operator / Full Training: price on request. Specialist / Advanced Services: custom quote.

Is there free learning material?

Yes. xTool Academy is xTool's free online learning resource, with tutorials and guides for xTool machines and software. It is a useful place to start before or after a session with us.
